What filing system is right for these forms of unusual size?

I am in an organization that keeps track of new members on a tri-annual basis with forms that measure 5.5″x8.5″, landscape format. For years, we have not organized these forms, but I would like to start. I would want to separate the forms by intake period in some way.

The forms have two holes punched on the narrow side, so a binder that measures 5.5″ tall by 8.5″ wide would work. The holes are about 2.75″ apart on center, so a normal binder would not work. Do they make special binders like this?

I also think an expandable file with different slots would work well, but I can’t find one this unique size. Do they make any sort of compact file storage system designed for half-sheets of paper?

Besides these possibilities, do any storage experts have other ideas I could try?

There are binders available that have adjustable rings, you can move them in and out and lock them into place. So no matter what distance you need, you can set it yourself. Check with any office supply store.
