mechanical LED flashlight?

According to Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dyno_torch), a flashlight mechanically (or dynamometer the torch) is a device called a disc that can store energy. From this, the user presses a lever to operate a small dynamo that supplies power a miniature incandescent bulb to work. My questions are: 1. How much energy must be stored in the wheel? 2. How much energy is produced each sqeezed Once the handle? 3. Is it possible that this mechanism to generate sufficient energy (with some modifications if necessary) to make a fan out mechanically (Eg http://a248.e.akamai.net/f/248/5462/2h/amplestuff.safeshopper.com/images / W0fks5v.jpg)? 1. The energy is stored in rotation of the wheel. A bit like when the coast by car. The true power can only drive the magnet coils of copper by a generator. 2. Very little. But if you are installing more real precession bearings and gears can achieve much more. Maybe about 1 / 4 watt. 3-n "not even close to the energy needed to operate a fan. Maybe with a new configuration of the precession. So I think the pump is still used to charge a battery of suspension. Then run the Fan pump battery after a couple of times. More along the lines of the powered hand-held radios.
